This is an introduction to an online Focusing course in which you learn all the fundamentals for having Focusing Partnerships, and for Focusing alone or in a group. You will be eligible to join the International Focusing Partnership Network (for free, world-wide Focusing Partnerships).

This is an introduction to a 6-month Level 1 to 5 Focusing Skills Online Course
February 19 to August 12, 2024, Mondays. 20 class meetings @ 3 hours each, plus 3 1-hour sessions

Donation based.
Suggested donation €11/$12 for 1.5 hours.
