Happy Pride! Sometimes parents & trustworthy adults find it tougher to talk to LGBTQ kiddos about sexuality.

You want to get it right, but aren’t sure what this looks like as your child’s sexual relationships will be different than yours.

Queer kids need safe and trustworthy adults who are willing to talk with them about relationships and sex. You may be that person for a child that isn’t yours, which is a place of honor.

This is a tender and sensitive situation (on so many levels) for a lot of people. There is a lot to learn and people come to this conversation from all different backgrounds and levels of information.

I know you probably have thoughts and have even lived this so it will be highly interactive!

Your ideas are welcome and your opinions are too, as long as you are respectful and kind.

If you are not, you will be liberated from the Zoom.

• How to talk about actual-factual sex in a way that’s not weird

• What to do when you think this might be a “phase”

• Attendee’s ideas for having these talks

• How to be 100% supportive
