BiCC and Incarnate Peace Conference

Come and join us for our first BiCC and Incarnate joint Peace Conference.

Grounded in the Anabaptist and Mennonite peace tradition, both the Brethren in Christ Church UK and Incarnate (a project of the Anabaptist Mennonite Network) are committed to living out our faith centred on Jesus' message of peace. We will gather to explore how we might be Peacemakers in an increasingly divided society with guests sharing from their own experiences of working and ministering in contexts of violent division and space to discuss together and respond to their stories and insights.

Come and join us for the day or book accommodation locally and join the West Midlands Brethren in Christ Church in worship at Highgate Baptist on Sunday 27th from midday.

Our special guests...

Rev. Dr Ray Motsi is President of the Theological College of Zimbabwe, minister of Bulawayo Baptist Church and founder of Grace to Heal, a charity committed to community Peace Building, Conflict Transformation and Trauma Healing.

Rev. Karen Sethuraman is pastor of SoulSpace Belfast, former Chaplain to two Belfast Lord Mayors, PhD student with the Centre for Anabaptist Studies and activist for peace, gender equality and unity in Ireland.

The day is free to attend but there will be an offering taken on the day - cash or digital options for giving will be available. A delicious Zimbabwean meal will be provided at lunchtime by our friends at West Midlands Brethren in Christ Church. Booking will close on 19th September to help with numbers for catering.
