Residential gathering of the Anabaptist Theology Forum.

We will have time for discussion in sessions and over meals, join in Bible study together, and will share in evening prayer on the Wednesday. A detailed timetable will follow but the programme includes:

• David Porter on ‘Faith in Conflict: Anabaptist reflections on leadership, discernment and decision-making in the Church of England’.
• ‘Rereading The Politics of Jesus in the light of John Howard Yoder’s sexual violence’ with Fran Porter, Lloyd Pietersen and Stuart Murray Williams.
• A conversation with authors of two new books in the After Christendom series: Democracy After Christendom by Paul Lusk and The Sermon on the Mount After Christendom by Andrew Bolton.
• Carol Wert on ‘A Different Way of Being Anabaptist: making peace with our medieval Catholic Spirituality'.

We will begin with lunch (12.30 pm) on the Wednesday (arrivals from 11.30 am) and conclude with lunch (12.30 pm) on the Thursday.

Accommodation includes ensuite bedrooms.
