Garden of Sound - A Sound Healing Experience

We are beyond excited to be bringing you this event! 

Set at Home House a beautiful English old flint house nestled in the countryside, surrounded by a mature and abundant garden, this gathering invites you into a space of deep rest, connection, and subtle transformation.

Ok, so, we start gently:
Amanda will lead a fascia flow and Ana will guide a nourishing breathwork practice, all easy joyful practices to will enliven your sense of vitality.  (We all know how it is, we go to an event and then all we can think of is the dishes we didn't do. This will help your mind chill out for once!).  From this pleasant sense of connection, you will be guided into a live sound healing journey.

If the weather allows, we will lie together in the gorgeous garden. Picture evening light, a rich soundscape of voice and instruments, all in the gorgeous evening song of birds in springtime and the quiet rhythm of the land.
If not, we will gather inside the warm, intimate space of Home House where you will be deeply held in soft candlelight. It will be like walking in your best friend's living room and having the most spacious and cosy experience. In Home House the space breathes cosy and love and safe and your body and being will receive all of that, so you can travel through the delicious garden of sound Amanda and Ana will create for you.

The Soundscape

Ana and Amanda weave together voice, prayer, and instrumentation into a living, intuitive sound journey.
Together, they create a gorgeous evolving soundscape using:
piano, harmonium, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drum, ukulele, guitar, and voice:
a meeting of elements: earth, water, fire, and air, of classical and intuitive. 

Closing the Evening

After the journey, you will have a space to ground and connect. You can enjoy the garden and connect to the Earth or you can share and connect with the other participants.
For those who choose to stay on we will be offering  a nourishing, delicious soup and homemade bread, prepared with love, which you can enjoy around the fire. It will be a beautiful simple, open space for connection, silence, or sharing.

About the Hosts:

Amanda brings a lifelong devotion to music, beginning with classical piano at the age of four and continuing into formal studies in music and voice.
For almost two decades she lost her connection to piano and her voice only to rediscover it on a deeper journey through her healing and discovery of medicine songs inspired by Native American tradition. She has since written many medicine songs which are still sung today in Forrest Yoga ceremonies all over the world.
After several years of learning from different spiritual traditions she has landed on the Sufi Path of Love. She will be bringing the transmissions of Sufi prayers and sacred divine qualities that radiate healing into the heart and soul.

Ana has always had a very intimate relationship with music since she was a little girl and has a natural musical ability. She also lost her voice for over a decade and rediscovered it through ancient Romanian songs and a deep connection with nature which she allows to move through her. She channels sounds from nature and melodies that come through her heart and soul. She will be bringing an intuitive soundscape that aligns with the timeless musical essence that flows through humans.
