Join us for a relaxed and inspiring one‑day workshop where you’ll transform a personal image of your choice into a unique piece of textile art. Guided by an experienced tutor with over 25 years in textiles and fashion design and more than 16 years of teaching experience, you’ll learn creative techniques including free machine embroidery, hand stitching, and appliqué, bringing your design to life with texture, colour, and expressive detail.

Bring an inspirational image—such as a portrait, figure study, sketch, or magazine clipping—and you’ll receive step‑by‑step support in developing it into your own distinctive textile artwork. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, this workshop provides a warm, supportive environment to explore textile art at your own pace.
