We will meet and connect in a loving community space, held with intimacy, vulnerability, open heart, and soft body connection.

During this retreat we will explore our shadows in an embodied way to invite:

The “Path of Freedom” is a portal-crossing retreat focused on shadow work and parts integration.

This journey offers you a clear reflection on your life path, helping you recognize what no longer serves you. You'll gain practical tools to create a powerful intention and step through the portal into an empowered state of being—one that aligns with your vision and manifests your deepest desires.

It follows 4 modalities of work:

~ Self acceptance - looking at ones own repressed parts to discover the hidden powers behind them in order to accept, integrate, and turn them to life force fuel of creation.

~ Self expansion - with movement, massage, conscious touch, and meditation, supporting the body to expand and to open. Taking a fuller stand in the world, claiming our value, following our soul’s mission, and sharing our life’s gifts with each other.

~ Self expression - Taking in the power of the word. Observing habits and shadows in our our communications. Shifting into empowered communication of  our needs, desires, boundaries, and directions. Fulfilling our inner expression, in a joyous way.

~ Portal crossing - a shamanic ritual of intention activation, crossing the portal point to create and manifest new reality for oneself.

NOTE ABOUT ENGAGEMENT 

I hold the deepest respect for the body as a temple.

My work—integrating the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies—is primarily focused on creating transformational spaces that awaken the healing power of Eros and honor the innocence of our sexuality.

After years of guiding individuals through mentorship processes, I felt inspired to bring this work into a group setting—creating a transformational journey in a body-positive yet non-sexual space.

While embracing pleasure, touch, fun, meaningful moments, and deep community connections, The Path of Freedomwill not include sexual engagement exploration. This intentional boundary allows us to keep our focus inward, free from external distractions, and fully present with our personal journey.

Starting: arrival time on- April 30th From 14:00 to 15:00

Ending: departure time- May 4th after lunch from 15:00

• please plan your traveling so you have enough time to arrive at the venue.
• The venue is 1.5h drive from Milan airport, or 2h with public transport, you can find detailed travel instructions on the venue website you can also contact Oren the venue owner through the website for support.

NO alcohol or other mind-altering substances during the event or on the day of arrival - come sober and find the powers within.
NO chemical perfumes / smelling deodorants - this work requires natural space.

This beautiful gentle and yet profound plant medicine will be our companion for the portal crossing. We will drink it in a dedicated ceremony.

Cacao is not a “mind-altering” but a “heart-opening” medicine.

It supports both our inner aspects of feminine open flow and expression, as well as our masculine side of focus and clarity.

It can open a very subtle door to a deeper ecstatic state of being in the heart.

** If you are either pregnant or having a heart condition, please let us know about it. In this case, it is recommended to have a small diluted portion.

∞ : : ABOUT ANANDA : : ∞

Ananda Amit Angelo is a facilitator and coach specializing in embodied Eros, intimacy, and authentic communication. A certified Sex & Happiness coach and facilitator at ISTA.life, Ananda empowers others to embrace inner authority, freedom of expression, and ecstatic pleasure.

Ananda’s journey began as a dancer with Israel’s Bat-Sheva Dance Company, where he explored movement language while working as a professional guitarist. He later founded his own dance company, choreographing with his partner. Ananda also co-founded the Tel-Aviv Waldorf School, Beit Chinuch Aviv, and played a key role in establishing both the Israeli Choreographer’s Association and the Israeli Dancer’s Union, which he led for seven years.

Currently, Ananda leads retreats, and workshops worldwide, focusing on movement, freedom, and sacred sexuality. Through personal mentorship and bodywork sessions, he guides individuals in accessing deeper self-awareness and authentic expression.

My research in dance has focused on body awareness, somatics, and presence. This journey led me into profound practices of spirituality and consciousness. Realizing that each moment in the dance of life is a sacred expression of our life force brought me to Tantra and Sacred Sexuality. My life became a celebration of the unknown.

I invite my brothers and sisters to play freely, and shine their inner Authentic self on this earth. 

Truth and Love means living in the present moment. Together, we can create a new earth.
