"Spontaneous Rope" - Special Edition Rope Jam

Tired of syncing calendars and coordinating schedules? Craving a little spontaneity and excitement of the unknown?

Inspired by Kaoru and Aventurine’s session on pick-up play the previous week, we’re embracing the vibe with this special edition rope jam dedicated entirely to spontaneous, impromptu rope connections. No pre-arranged partners, no meticulous planning—just show up as you are, open to new experiences and fresh connections on the spot.

We’ll kick things off with some light guidance and an ice breaker to set the tone, then open the floor for rope and play.

This is the first event of its kind—but hopefully not the last! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Challenge: we challenge you to book on a whim, with an open mind and without rigid expectations. No need to check who’s coming—trust the process and dive into the experience.

Who can come?

IMPORTANT: This event is not suitable for complete beginners and newbies. The event is aimed at those who know how to tie and have some experience being tied. You'll be responsible to do your own negotiations about boundaries, limits, wants, dislikes etc with partners just like at any regular jam. If you are unsure about this, consider joining the "Rope for Pick-Up Play" class the week before. Consent is Queen in the space.

Additional information:

We will not keep tabs on the ratio of riggers to bottoms/models or any other identity marker. We will not match people up. We do not guarantee you will find people to tie with. We also won't teach rope, safety or consent. We assume you are all well versed in these as per the pre-requisites.

We will facilitate and encourage a space where spontaneous and new rope connections can be made. The rest is up to you :)

Schedule:

Doors open at 6:30pm
Light guidance & ice-breaker 7:00-7:30
Open tying from 7:30
Last entry at 8:30pm
Doors close at 10:30pm
