🪢 About the class
Bedroom Bondage can be a powerful tool for creating connection, vulnerability, anticipation, and shared experiences. When multiple players are involved in a scene, new possibilities emerge for collaboration, creative power exchange, objectification, service, and immersive scene-building. This class explores how the variety of configurations (multiple tops, bottoms, switches) can work together to create intentional rope experiences that prioritize connection, arousal, accessibility, and emotional engagement without getting lost in overly technical tying.
Together we'll examine how to negotiate multi-person dynamics, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and maintain communication between all participants throughout an encounter. We'll explore exercises finding ways to coordinate movement, positioning, and rope application to create sustainable ties that facilitate touch, interaction, and physical access while maintaining comfort and safety. Topics will include navigating differing skill levels, supporting one another's intentions, managing group energy, and building trust with the person(s) being tied.
Whether your goal is collaborative scene work, relationship exploration, or incorporating rope into intimate partner dynamics, this class offers practical tools for creating connected, consensual, and memorable experiences.
This is a hands-on workshop.
👩🏫 Who teaches this class?
Chingón Cuerdas is a Chicago-based kinbaku educator, performer, and photographer whose work emphasizes adaptability, efficiency, and embodied understanding. He began his kink journey in 2013 and quickly developed a deep passion for rope bondage and rough body play, approaching both as systems of communication and intensity.
CreepyJane (they/them, queer, switch) is a weird little freak from Chicago. They are an organizer for Chicago’s Lakeview munch, volunteer host for the Sakura Studio rope jam, staff for Twisted Tryst, and former chair of the Chicago Rope (F)unconference. They have demo-bottomed and presented on topics including emotional sadomasochism, sharps, and rope in Chicago and the greater Midwest and are a passionate advocate for bottoming-focused education.
Shakti Bliss is an Austin-based rope artist, performer, educator, and co-owner of The Empty Space studio.
