About the event
Modern iterations of Thai body work are, at their core, an interplay of weight, balance, pressure, and release… much like rope. As work with the body, it uses acupressure, stretching movements, and joint mobilization to promote relaxation, circulation and flexibility.
In this workshop, we will work in pairs to create a sequence in service of our rope bottoms, tops, and switches. Servicing the mind by bringing it gently back into the body. Servicing the body by addressing common ailments related to rope. And servicing ourselves by nurturing another powerful tool to deepen our connections with ourselves and our partners.
Couples, pals, and acquaintances are all welcome, though sensual aspects of thai massage will be explored.
