Andover World Archery Weekend WRS 2025

Online entry for our World Archery Weekend being held on the 16th and 17th of August 2025 kindly sponsored by Quicks.

The Saturday will start with a WA70/50 qualifying round followed by the elimination round in the afternoon. Juniors and over 50s are welcome to enter however there are no separate age classes so all will be shooting as Seniors at the senior distance for their bow style.

Sunday will be a Double 720 in which U21s are welcome to enter but will shoot in the senior category.

Timing: Both days will be shooting timed ends of 6 arrows in 3 minutes. 

Judges: Nick Nicholson, Paul Richards, Maurice Berridge and TBC

Registration: To begin at 8am on both days with equipment inspection beginning shortly after.

Assembly:  9:15am followed by 45 minutes of practice.

Archery GB rule 307 will apply.

A selection of refreshments will be available throughout the day along with hot and cold drinks.

Medals to be awarded according to Andover Archers Policy.

Drug Testing: Archers competing at record status tournaments may be liable for drug testing. Competitors who are approached to provide samples must comply. Failure to do so will be treated as a positive result. Parents / Guardians must sign the relevant box on the entry form to give consent for under 18s to be drug tested if approached

There will be no refunds within 14 days of the event, any refunds will be minus a £2 admin fee
