Song at 'Shred' - celebrating 180 years of 'Shred' Chapel

&Piano is delighted to present a very special one of concert celebrating the very unique and special chapel affectionally known by locals as 'Shred', perched just above Slaithwaite vilage, sitting on the top of the Colne Valley.

For this special event, we've invited &Piano favourites Thom Meredith and Sarah Ogden to perform a varied selection of songs through the ages, including a few pieces that were written in the same year that 'Shred' was founded in 1846! And we're delighted to invite two &Piano young musicians, Damien Stirling and Isla Jones to perform alongside Thom & Sarah, as a nod to the next generation of performers and custodians who we look to in order to keep places like Shred thriving!

'Shred' is a very cosy and intimate chapel with limited seating so we recommend you book tickets in advance as there are only a limited number available! Tickets can also be purchased directly from Shred committee member Sally Scott.
