Homecoming

Multiple dates and times Online, Zoom

A gentle online gathering for those moments when you need to come back to yourself.

There are times when life becomes so full of noise, responsibility, and other people's needs that it becomes difficult to hear yourself.

Homecoming is a place to stop for a while.

For an hour, we'll step out of the usual rush and into a quieter space together. Through guided reflection, gentle practice, words, silence and shared intention, I'll invite you to notice what's here, listen to what you already know and reconnect with yourself.

You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to have anything figured out. And you certainly don't need to arrive performing being fine.

Come exactly as you are.

Homecoming is especially for those in-between chapters when something in life has shifted. Perhaps a relationship, your work, your family, your body, or simply your sense of who you are. You may not know what comes next yet.

That's okay.

This isn't an evening for fixing yourself. It's a chance to create enough space to hear yourself again.

What to expect

A warm welcome and time to arrive
Guided Homecoming practices and reflection
Space to listen inwardly, without pressure to share
A closing practice to take back into everyday life

Bring a notebook if you'd like one, something to drink, and somewhere you can be comfortable and undisturbed.

You are already home. You just need to remember your address.
