Stone carving with Andrew Ziminski at Frome Festival.

A one-day workshop, perfect for beginners looking to pick up the basic skills required to carve stone. There is also another workshop on Sat 4th if more convenient. 

You will set out and create a relief carving of a Green Man copied from a medieval roof boss. The Bath stone used is easy to carve and you will be able to take it home with you.

Andrew is a SPAB William Morris Craft Fellow and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and as a Partner of Minerva Stone Conservation Ltd works all over the South West to conserve our built heritage.
