The Fool Archetype is that part of us who can move into the unknown with a light heart. It lets go of what has gone, lives right now, awake, trusting, curious.

We are living in tricky times. Endings. Unknowns. Worry. Challenges probably in individual lives and groups. Certainly as a species.

The Fool is an inner companion to help live any moment. It helps us co-create the day, our community, the world we know we could have.

This introductory course is a chance to develop the fool by freeing up your body, voice, energy, interactions through the tools of theatre: play, awareness, connection and stories.

Anyone can join. The course will be taught in English and you can speak Norwegian or English in exercises.

Week 1 Presence / space holding.
Week 2 Senses.
Week 3 Fool / mistakes.
Week 4 Voice and song.
Week 5 Body and movement.
Week 6 Living storytelling.
Week 7 Gathering everything together A New Sharing.

Angela Halvorsen Bogo brings a storytelling lineage from Scotland and a lifetime of clown, voice, meditation and healing work. She has worked internationally since 1990 in education, organisations, culture, and healthcare. She has taught the Fool as short and year long courses of spiritual and personal development since 2004. www.transformationalplay.net
