Soundbath

Come and bathe in the relaxing, calming and rejuvenating vibrations and sounds of the Crystal and Tibetan Sound Bowls and the Gongs.

I will relax you with the gentle sounds of the Crystal Bowls followed by 40 Minutes of the beautiful Gongs, finishing the session with different rattles and shakers and the koshi chimes.

Soundbaths are a great way to help you reduce stress and anxiety. Help you release tention, improve your sleep quality and they also can offer some relief from physical pain.

No experience necessary dress in comfortable loose clothing and just bring a blanket or two as the temperatures will change due to the energies of the instruments. Air matresses are provided. Bring yourself with a willingness to do nothing for the hour other than receive.

Please arrive from 7.00pm no later than 7.15pm as the doors will be closed at 7.30pm for the event to begin
