Come and spend an hour up close with some of Animal Cwtch's most-loved ambassador animals.

This is a small, relaxed session for a maximum of 20 people — so everyone gets proper time with the animals, not a quick look from a distance. You'll meet a range of species including snakes, owls, lizards, and small mammals, with Animal Cwtch's team on hand to talk you through each one, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable at their own pace.

There's no rushing, no pressure, and no such thing as a silly question. Whether you're an animal fanatic or someone who's always been a little unsure around reptiles, these sessions are designed to be genuinely enjoyable for all ages — from tots to grandparents.

Founders & Co is a fantastic venue right in the heart of Swansea city centre — modern, welcoming, and easy to find, with parking nearby. Wind Street has plenty going on around it if you want to make a proper morning or afternoon of it, and the venue itself serves incredible food that's well worth staying for after the session.

What to expect:

• Around an hour with a small, friendly group
• Hands-on time with a range of animals
• Knowledgeable, relaxed Animal Cwtch staff throughout
• Suitable for all ages — adults very welcome too

Please note:

• Our sessions vary slightly in which animals are present. The 1pm session includes our tarantulas — so if spiders are your thing (or definitely not your thing!), pick your session accordingly
• As the session is limited to 20 people, everyone in the room needs a ticket — including little ones. This is simply down to space and animal welfare
• Parents and carers who'd prefer to sit out are very welcome to watch through the window while grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat at the venue
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
• You're welcome to transfer your ticket to another family if plans change
