Join us for a 60min soothing bi-weekly evening meditation and relaxation class, a gentle pause just for you.

In this calming space, we’ll unwind from the day, quieten the mind, and ease into a place of deep rest. Through guided meditations, simple breathing techniques, and gentle sound bath, you’ll reconnect with yourself, release stress, and leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, this is a space to simply be, finding comfort in stillness and the support of like-minded people.

Give yourself this gift of peace!

Simply bring a yoga mat, a cosy, warm blanket and a cushion/pillow to rest your head on.

I certainly benefited from the session, I had arrived with a tight neck and was feeling quite stressed.
