Adult Craft - Calm Creations Club

It’s winter so let’s explore painting silver birches using a special technique and the intricacy of snowflakes

Use this session to connect, create and relax amongst friends

This isn’t just a craft class — it’s a mindful escape.

As you focus on colour and momvent, you’ll naturally slow down, breathe deeper, and settle into the present moment. Creative activities like painting have been shown to reduce stress and promote a sense of inner calm.

✨ What to expect:

Guided  painting session

A peaceful, supportive atmosphere

Time to unwind, reflect, and create

Your own finished artwork to take home

Come alone for some well-deserved “me time,” or bring a friend and share a mindful creative experience together.

Please note that this is an adult only session. Please do not bring children/babies along to this session.
