In this session we will develop a visual layout that helps you let go of stresses and provide with well-being prompts .

All materials are provided, you simply need to bring along a pair of scissors

Please note that this is an adult only session. Please do not bring children/babies along to this session.

This event will run subject to selling 75% of available spaces. Any event which does not meet this threshold is liable to be cancelled and a refund issued.
