Please note that the tickets sold here are valid only for the "PPI Jerman 70th Anniversary" event (August 29, 2026, evening) and are not valid for the "ICONIC" and "Southeast-Asian Student's Summit" events. FAQ

1. What is the Refund Policy?
   Tickets can be refunded but refunded value decreases as the event date gets closer: 80% until 29.07.26, 50% until 14.08.26, 30% until 28.08.26. Bundled tickets CANNOT be refunded individually.
2. Where can I find my ticket(s)?
   Your ticket will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the ticket. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
3. I did not get my ticket(s), what do I do? 
   Write an email to us at ticketing@iconissa.ppijerman.org and please provide us with your name, contact information, and the date of when you purchased your tickets.
4. Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?
   Yes, you can. As long as you have the tickets for the event, you are free to enter.
5. What time should I arrive at the venue?
   We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before the open-gate.
6. What should I bring to the event?
   Please bring the QR Code obtained in the ticket confirmation email. For “Internal PPI Jerman” ticket holders, we also recommend bringing a valid ID for verification.
7. Can I buy ticket(s) at the door?
   Yes, but tickets at the door will be more expensive.
8. Can I enter the event without a ticket?
   No, entry is only possible with a valid ticket confirmation or QR Code.
