Appointments

Pre-booking is highly recommended. Payment is taken at time of booking.

Appointment times are 45 minutes, for one dog only.

You will receive your 30 x 30cm print and digital copy of the portrait approximately 5-10 days after your appointment.

Arrival Time

We ask guests to arrive on time for their appointment in order to have the best experience. As a courtesy to all our guests we will adhere to a prompt appointment schedule and late arrivals may not be honoured.

Lateness Policy

If you are going to be late, please call us on 020 4529 0929. If you are more than five minutes late, we may have to shorten the appointment length in consideration of the next guests, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your booking, availability permitting. If we are unable to reschedule, you will lose your payment.

No Shows

Unfortunately, if you miss your timed session, we are unable to rearrange it and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to accommodate the high demand of appointments.

If you need to cancel, please contact us at assistant@anyahindmarch.com or +44 (0)20 7501 0168 (Monday-Friday, 10am-5.30pm). If you need to reschedule, please contact us to cancel your appointment so you can re-book. For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify us within 48 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before they begin.

We do accept walk-ins, availability dependent.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information that we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third-party organisations and we abide by all the principles of UK data protection legislation.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when we consider it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.​
