We ask guests to arrive on time for the talk in order to have the best experience. As a courtesy to all our guests we will adhere to a prompt schedule and late arrivals may not be honoured.

No Shows

Unfortunately, if you miss the talk, we are unable to rearrange it and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 72 hours cancellation policy to accommodate the high demand of this talk.

If you need to cancel, please contact us at assistant@anyahindmarch.com or +44 (0)20 7501 0168 (Monday-Friday, 10am-5.30pm). For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify us within 72hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the appointment and a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before they begin.
