Description
Sarah Wilde is a Therapist & Sleep Coach who specialises in treating insomnia and anxiety. Insomnia is a common but treatable problem, even if you’ve suffered from it for years. Sarah uses proven, NHS-backed, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) together with mindfulness and hypnosis to get you sleeping better at night. Sarah is fully qualified, registered and insured.
30 minute initial consultation, £45
Terms & Conditions:
Payment of Fees & Cancellations Policy
Our introductory session will last up to thirty (30) minutes for a fee payable in advance of £45.
If we decide to work together after this, we would arrange an Assessment Session lasting up to one and a half (1.5) hours with any further agreed sessions being just under one (1) hour in length. The agreed fee per treatment session is £85/hour (being £127.50 for the Assessment Session). Fees are payable in advance to confirm your booking and payable by Debit or Credit card via a payment link I shall send you in advance of our session. The payment is made through Stripe which uses encrypted payment software.
Please note that your session is not confirmed or guaranteed until payment has been made.
A minimum of forty eight (48) hours’ notice is required if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. If less than this amount of notice is given the fee will become payable in full.
Arrival Time
We ask guests to arrive on time in order to have the best experience. As a courtesy to all our guests we will adhere to a prompt schedule and late arrivals may not be honoured.
Lateness Policy
If you are going to be late, please call us on 020 4529 0929.
No Shows
Unfortunately, if you miss your session, we are unable to rearrange it and no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hours cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel, please contact us at assistant@anyahindmarch.com or +44 (0)20 7501 0168 (Monday-Friday, 10am-5.30pm). For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify us within 72hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the appointment and a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before they begin.
In Person Sessions
To make sure we get the best of our time together, please ensure that:
- You turn up in good time for our session (time cannot be added on to the end of sessions);
- You turn off or place on Do Not Disturb your mobile phone and any other devices which may disturb us (e.g. smart watch); and
- You are not doing anything other than attending our session, for example, working, eating, watching or listening to something else.
Confidentiality
All information, whether verbal or written in notes, is treated as strictly private and confidential. I have a responsibility both to you, the client, and to the community at large. Some moral and legal limitations therefore apply to confidentiality. These limitations mainly concern risk of serious self-harm, harm to others and child protection issues. If a situation arises in which the moral or legal limits of confidentiality are exceeded, the reasons will be explained by me and discussed with you at the time.
Client Progress
The client undertakes coaching on the understanding that it is a collaborative process in which success cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends upon the motivation and participation of the client. No warranty express or implied is given in respect of the coaching services provided by me. No liability can be accepted for the outcome of coaching services to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any liability is restricted to the value of the fees paid.
Questionnaire
Unless the client specifically requests otherwise, a follow-up questionnaire may be sent out following the conclusion of the treatment. This is designed to monitor outcomes and help evaluate the service provided.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information that we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third-party organisations and we abide by all the principles of UK data protection legislation.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when we consider it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
