GoDeeper plus tarot

It’s my pleasure to host another installment of Godeeper

this is a movement experience curated to help you  move stuck energy out of the field  

help you embody more of yourself and your true nature

class format

we will begin with a centering meditation

followed by guided freestyle movement excercises and experiences

followed by energy readings for anyone who is Interested (via tarot oracle cards and intuition)

you are welcome to come as you are and participate how ever you like in which ever parts resonate with and interest you   you will beheld in the field of love and compassion and benefit from the experience in whichever way you choose to participate   

we will be barefoot so please wear comfortable socks or prepare to be barefoot 

you do not need to be a dancer to benefit from this experience

this experience can tremendously help you with your dancing  

As a dancer you will benefit in tbe areas of creativity musicality connection and authentic expression and presentation

as a human you will benefit in tbe areas of connection embodiment somatic release nervous system regulation sensuality and anything else you are open to receive in the moment 

most people leave feeling empowered connected sensual light free and in harmony

 class will take place at Big Apple Ballroom 39 west 14 street #305 11 am - 1 pm
