This year, we gather in gratitude for what only God could have done. What once felt beyond reach has become a reality—not through our own striving, but through His faithfulness. We have witnessed doors open we never imagined possible, and provision given in ways we could not have planned or predicted.

As we look toward new horizons, we celebrate a miracle already unfolding and the promise of what is still to come.

How do I host a Gala table?
We’re delighted you’re considering hosting a gala table! Our table hosts are integral to ensuring a successful, well-attended gala. Table hosts reserve a table and commit to filling it with eight guests (including themselves!) who would benefit from learning about the mission and work of Alpha, and who may be interested in deepening their engagement with Alpha following the event. It is also possible to purchase an entire table of tickets at a discount, if you would like to do so, as opposed to gathering guests and having them register individually. The most important part is filling the table and helping everyone seated at the table feel welcome!

How many guests are seated per table?
There is a maximum of eight guests seated per table.

Can I request to sit with someone?
We will make every effort to accommodate seating requests until registration closes. After registration closes, we will place individuals and small groups into open seats as needed. Of course, if you have sponsored (purchased) an entire table, you may plan your seating accordingly.

Can I purchase tickets onsite at the Gala?
Unfortunately, tickets may not be purchased onsite at the gala. This is because we have to provide the number of guests to the caterer almost a week before the event, and the caterer cannot accommodate unexpected dinner guests on site.

What do I wear?
We recommend the equivalent of dressing for dinner at a nice restaurant.

What does the evening look like?
The gala begins with a delicious buffet dinner, followed by a time of sharing stories of God’s faithfulness to our ministry, as well as an invitation to partner with Alpha in the coming year.

What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive when the doors open at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive in time to be fully seated before 7:00 PM

Is parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available in the event center’s spacious parking lot.

How do I check-in once I arrive?
Once you arrive, please go to the check-in table (directly facing the entrance door) that is labeled with the initial of your last name. Our check-in team will confirm your table number, and an usher will guide you to your seat. You do not need to bring a confirmation code or physical ticket with you.
