Close Quarters Battle 102

What to expect:

This course focuses on the communication, movement, and proper clearing procedures as they apply to CQB & Room Entry Techniques. There is no "one" doctrine that will be taught in this course; CQB is not a one size fits all. We will focus on 2 person - 4 person clearing methods. 

You will leave with confidence in Close Quarter Battle and Room Entry Techniques in a low light environment. You will also be able to explain and demonstrate clearing techniques. 

You will be introduced to Mechanical breaching techniques.

In real life every round is "attached to a lawyer", so with that you will also be held accountable for your shot placement and efficiency.

What's required:

• Positive attitude + Note taking gear
• Eye protection (Z87+) Range appropriate clothes + gloves
• Simulation rifle + pistol (blue bolts can be rented on-site), chamber safe indicated duty rifle/pistol, MANTIS Blackbeard systems also are acceptable.
• Sling for rifle (2 point)
• Retention holster for pistol (should be worn on your belt).
• Weapons lights

Recommended:

• Plate carrier set up to your preference
• Shooting belt set up to your preference
• Helmet (ballistic or bump)
• NVG

Cost:

$600 per person

Pay remainder of balance 14 days prior to training.
