Play Play Play is Aphilia Studio’s monthly daytime play party and one of the most immersive events we run. Unlike our rope jams, which focus specifically on rope practice and social connection, this event opens the doors to a much wider spectrum of play. Guests are encouraged to explore sensual, erotic, and other forms of interaction. The studio will be dimly lit, and the curtains shut tight. With extra padding on the padded flooring, and an ambience that invites guests to drop into deeper emotional and physical states.

The event creates a space where parallel play can happen in harmony. Guests are able to fully engage in their own private scenes while remaining considerate of others who are also using the space. Numbers are capped at 24 to keep the energy both spacious and intense, creating a container that feels alive with possibility but never overwhelming.

What to Expect

Play allows us to explore uncharted emotional and physical territory and can involve complex mental states and challenging positions. Play Play Play is about curating a space to facilitate this environment and nurture explorations into Juicy headspaces. Guests are invited to bring their curiosity and creativity, with the option to experiment in ways that feel personally meaningful. This creates opportunities for both structured encounters and spontaneous moments of discovery.

Scenes unfold in an environment that is designed to inspire as much as it supports. Rope movies will be projected during the event, offering visual cues and creative sparks for guests to draw from in their own play. The studio is arranged to provide both intimacy and perspective: while you may immerse yourself in your own private world, there is always the option to step back and observe the wider energy of the room. A dedicated chillout area offers a place to pause, breathe, and connect informally with others between scenes, giving balance to the more intense aspects of play.

Rules & Guidelines

Pre-vetting is mandatory. If you haven't been to the studio or haven't met the owner, please drop me an email (cnr@conoraphilia.com) with your Fetlife or Insta account details and a brief intro.

This event is not a workshop, so there will be no formal teaching or instruction provided. It is intended as a space for play, exploration, and connection, rather than learning or practising. The space is designed for individuals with some experience in rope or similar forms of play, so it is not intended for complete beginners.

Rope play is as dangerous as you make it and is not without risk. However, A thoughtful approach and good communication can virtually eliminate the significant dangers and mitigate the smaller ones. Consent and communication are the most essential at Play Play Play. We have a shared responsibility to communicate our boundaries during a session and in the pre-session discussion. Transparent and direct dialogue is crucial for a good session and always results in a more enjoyable experience.

Attendees should also be mindful of sound and presence in the room. Intensity, passion, and laughter are welcome, but screaming or disruption that breaks the collective atmosphere is not appropriate. Although not mandatory, we usually use the first 30-45 minutes of the event to chat as a group. This gives guests a chance to meet and declutter their brains of the week's complexities, and gives the events a communal atmosphere. Above all, guests are expected to embody care, awareness, and responsibility in every interaction.

Guests are encouraged to dress for play, so please leave your yoga clothes at home. If yoga clothes are your kink and they’re what you feel best in, then we’re not going to yuk your yum and deny entry.

Doors close at 16:00. Late arrivals will not be admitted
