Unleash Your Inner Hero: 23rd Annual Mark‑a‑thon HERO WALK

Get ready to lace up, lift up, and show up for our community. The Mark-a-thon HERO WALK is more than a 5k or 10k walk—it’s a movement of compassion, hope, and solidarity for A Place Called Home and for every neighbour experiencing homelessness across the City of Kawartha Lakes and the County of Haliburton.  All proceeds to go to support A Place Called Home.

Walk alongside the incredible Mark Fevang and our special celebrity walker Dave Illman from Y91.9 FM as we journey through the scenic streets and parks of Lindsay. Every step you take helps create real change, real support, and real possibility for those who need it most.

The event is pet friendly and concludes at the Coach and Horses Pub in Lindsay with a delicious complimentary lunch provided by Pizza Hut-Lindsay.
