Our in-person workshops return this autumn—refreshed and shaped directly by your feedback.  We will be joined by Jill from the team at Festina Lente who will be offering insight into the courses and activities taking place at their Centre and how this varies from other Riding Schools.

11:15am – Session 3: Profitability – How can we save money without compromising welfare and customer experience?
An interactive session focused on improving that profit margin. We’ll cover pricing strategies, cost management, revenue growth opportunities, and common pitfalls, giving you practical tools to take action.
