Calling all APWA-KC Metro Chapter Members!

You spoke and we have listened! Continuing on from the success of 2021's fresh new event, we are once again hosting an after-hours social gathering celebrating this year’s chapter award and scholarship recipients, only this time we're headed down to the Crossroads. Join us on the Corrigan Station Rooftop at 19th & Walnut between 4:30p and 7:00p on Wednesday, May 18th. Tickets are on sale now for $35.

THE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS IS MONDAY, MAY 16TH. TICKET SALES WILL CLOSE AT 11:59pm ON MONDAY AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.

• 4:30p - Event access opens, food & drinks available, live music from Nick Nave
• 5:30p - Announcements & Award Winners
• 6:00p - Raffle Drawing
• 6:30p - Last call
  
• 7:00p - End of event

As with last year, this is an informal social event. The schedule above is a guideline, but feel free to join us for as long or as little as you like during this time. We ask that you give our Chapter President a few minutes for announcements and awards in the middle of the event, but otherwise you are free to move around and socialize as much as you like. 

Venue

This year we will be on the beautiful private rooftop of Corrigan Station in the Crossroads overlooking the KCMO skyline. Check out a virtual tour of this incredible location! This will be a rain or shine event. Should the weather not be in our favor, we will move the celebration indoors, but still at the same address. If there is a change in plans, information will be forwarded to all ticket holders prior to the event and will also be updated on this page as well.

If you're already downtown, just hop on the KC Streetcar. The 19th Street stop is just steps away from Corrigan Station. For those driving in, parking will be available at the garage next door. Instructions for access will be provided to ticket holders prior to the event. There is also plenty of free on-street parking in the general neighborhood.

Food & Drinks

Tina's Food Truck will be joining us on the roof, sans the truck part. Check out their website to see the currently rotating menu. Offerings include several different types of Black Angus beef burgers, specialty sandwiches, street tacos, salads and more! Food will be available throughout the event so feel free to grab and bite to eat whenever you are ready.

Ready for a drink? A range of local brewery options will be available at the open bar. Non-alcoholic beverages (water, tea, etc.) will also be available to attendees.

NOTE: No outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to this event.

Live Music

The first hour or so of this event will now feature live music from Nick Nave, courtesy of Tailgate Gigs!
