This is a fun and interactive class. Come learn how to make Arabic home cooking treats. In this first class, you will be making the traditional Arabic salad Tabouli and the eggplant dip Mtabbal. While preparing these delicious treats, you will learn the about the history and culture of these dishes. Each participant will have their own station to make these dishes as the instructor takes you step by step.
