Did somebody say Pilates & Lattes?

Join us for a mat pilates class followed by a nourishing brunch, to refuel and nourish. Turning our time on the mat into the social event we always knew it could be!

We’ll enjoy iced lattes on arrival, as we get settled in and catch up with our besties. Choose from matcha or coffee, and then choose your favourite spot for class. 

We’ll move through a signature 60 minute Pilates flow class together, to engage strength with precision and control, for a full body workout. 

After class, we’ll freshen up with cooling lavender towels, and then enjoy a cute brunch together. 

Your ticket includes:

- Arrival drink from the latte bar (Coffee & Matcha)

- A 60 minute Pilates flow (warm temperature, with variations for all levels) 

- Brunch: Overnight protein oat pot. Homemade energy ball. Cold pressed Juice. Herbal tea.

The Menu:

Creamy overnight protein oats made with plant based and gut loving ingredients. You can expect a nutrient dense pot packed with protein & fibre, in a flavour of your choice. Choose from:

- PB&J - Vanilla oats layered with natural peanut butter and raspberry chia jam.

- Lemon & Poppy seed - Lemon oats with citrus zest and poppy seeds, topped with Greek style yoghurt. 

- Chocolate Hazelnut - Cacao hazlenut oats, with a dark chocolate & toasted Hazelnut crunch layer top.

- Salted Caramel - Vanilla oats layered with gooey salted date caramel.  

Brownie and cinnamon bun Energy balls.  Cafe favourite flavours reimagined as healthy treats. Refined sugar free. 

Cold pressed juices.

Due to the nature of this event we are unable to cater to individual dietary needs. All food is dairy free and made to gluten free recipes.  Nuts and soy will be present and we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens. Please do let us know if you have any allergies. 

The Details

Please try to arrive with time to allow yourself a soft landing into the space, ready to begin on time. Doors will open at 11.30, and the Pilates class will begin at 12.00.

All equipment will be provided, but you may wish to bring a bottle of water and small towel for your practice.
