Seven engineers have just three minutes to pitch their ideas to a panel looking for creative ideas for low-carbon solutions specifically focused on repurposing commercial buildings to provide homes. The winning engineering practice will be commissioned on a live HubCap project.

The panel will be led by developer HUB whose recent venture HubCap deliver low-carbon living places by repurposing commercial buildings in central urban locations.

HubCap want to broaden the pool of structural engineers they work with to ensure they can access emerging ideas around new materials, new technologies and circular economy principles to reduce carbon further still.

Pitches will start at 6.30pm and admission cannot be guaranteed after this time. After the event drinks will be served.
