The road to the Architecture Fringe 2023 starts here and it is time for (R)Evolution!

Everything that we have created began in our imagination, and the world in which we find ourselves is entirely of our own making. The systems and structures that we have built to bring order to our lives are not inevitable nor unchangeable. They exist through choice. The choice we now must make is one of (R)Evolution! - to choose to do things differently.

For the Architecture Fringe 2023 we'll be exploring these choices. We'll also be investing in the ecology of architectural culture in Scotland and it's ongoing evolution, drawing connections between past and present, and amplifying the buoyant resurgence in the grassroots across the country and further afield.

If you're interested in taking part in next year's Open Programme with a project of your own please join us! for the first open monthly meet-up. We'll be introducing what (R)Evolution! means to us, and the meet-ups are a great way of sharing any initial ideas or thoughts for projects or events, meeting other people, and getting some help. We do this by opening up the online space for short presentations or points of discussion, so if you'd like to share early ideas and get some feedback you'd be welcome to share. If presenting isn't your thing, we also use the online chat function, too, if you have any queries or are looking for any help.

We're excited to get going, and look forward to seeing and hearing from you on the night!
