Join us for an Architecture Fringe visit to the Revelator - a circular, handmade, traditionally timber-jointed structure that houses a wall of death, creative space, theatre gallery and 16mm cinema by the River Clyde, where we shall be hosted, shown around, and told the story of its realisation by Stephen Skrynka.

Stephen shall be a panellist for our 2023 Core Programme event (R)Evolution! Radical Spaces and Autonomous Actions - a community meal and panel discussion in celebration of Glaswegian spaces that played host to “radical events” - on the 7th of June at Civic House, and this visit contextualises his contribution.

Meeting Point
Assemble by the gate on South Street in time for the tour to begin at 7pm.

Accessibility
BSL interpreters will be in attendance.
Physical Access: Limited Access (some areas may be inaccessible). The whole site is level from the car park to the building. To enter The Revelator itself there is a single step (a wheelchair ramp will be available, please contact first if required). Access to the public viewing gallery at the top of the structure is via a spiral staircase that may not be accessible to some. The viewing gallery is 3.9 metres up, and may not be suitable for those uneasy with heights.
