The Bao and Dumpling Online Party is a teaser for the rescheduled Arizona Bao and Dumpling Festival coming to Downtown Chandler. The goal of our food festival is to showcase the ethnic diversity of food and showcase small businesses. This resource guide captures the essence of our festival and is our version of a virtual food festival. Explore all the different varieties of baos and dumplings from traditional to creative interpretations. What is a bao? From Food Republic, a bao or known as a steamed bun or baozi is a "complete meal conveniently packed away in a white, warm, soft bun." Or what we like to say, an amazing delicious experience. Baos are a form of dumplings and you can try different dumplings from various cultures from takoyaki to potstickers. 

Together, let's have a bao virtual party on April 25th! Host your own virtual party and use one of the recipes in the guide or order takeout/delivery from one of the local restaurants.
