A Men’s Work weekend led by Phil T. Mistlberger, founder of The Arka Brotherhood men’s community. With over 30 years of teaching experience and 8 published books, Phil is an experienced mentor and therapist with a deep understanding of the human psyche. His skills and knowledge have been strongly developed over many years of practice in teaching workshops and trainings throughout North America, Europe and the Middle-East.

Join a group of like-minded men seeking the embodiment and integration of mature masculinity. Learn to harness your inner power, illuminate your shadows, and find a bond with other men that you have always wanted.

This 3 night event is for men who are willing to step away from their daily routine and take the time to break through to a deeper, more satisfying, and more enriching experience of manhood.

At Loon Lake, you will uncover the upper limits you have set for yourself. You will see the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in your life, and you will do the work of clearing your past so it cannot rule your future.

You will also be invited to be fully present in your body, connected with the natural surroundings, and most importantly, relating authentically with the men around you.

At this event you will connect to parts of yourself that have been dormant for sometime. You may cry, you will definitely laugh, and you will return home with a satisfaction that is unlike any other.

This experience requires your courage, commitment and a deep desire to wake up and break through your limitations.

Dates: June 18-21, 2026 - 3 nights
Location: Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat, Maple Ridge, 14500 Silver Valley Road, Maple Ridge (One hour drive East of Vancouver). Detailed directions will be sent out via email prior to the event.

Arrival: Thursday June 18th at 5pm
Departure: Sunday June 21st at 1pm
Fee: $1050 (non-members) or $850 for members of The Arka Brotherhood. Captain and Lieutenants please talk to your DC for a discount code.
What’s Covered: Ticket includes lodging, meals, and workshop tuition. Participants must bring their own bedding.
