Join the Arka Brotherhood for 3 days and 4 nights on the raw coast of Baja, Mexico - where the desert meets the ocean, and men come to face themselves.

The Fire & Flow weekend is built to push you past your limits and pull you deeper into who you really are. Through a series of challenges, experiences, and brotherhood practices, you’ll learn how to:

• Ignite your real self and bring unstoppable fire into your life.
  

• Burn away old habits and step into a renewed life purpose.
  

• Transform your shadow into power, resilience, and clarity.

• Find flow in the fire by connecting to the wild land, the ocean, and a circle of men walking the same path.

Your facilitators

Ben Goresky

Ben is an Arka Brotherhood executive director and the founder of Evolving Man. He has 20 years of experience coaching, counselling, and facilitating men's groups. He is passionate about creating leaders by challenging them to master their relationships, conquer their addictions, and serve a cause greater than themselves.  

Steven Sal Debus

Steven is an Arka captain, award winning entrepreneur, and wisdom keeper who shares his knowledge on his Youtube channel Broke Millionaire. He has run multiple squads for Arka, and currently captains Ronin 17. He owns land in The Baja and lives there full time.

This beach is a 2 minute walk from Yandara

This year we have added pool access, and all-day smoothie bar access to our tickets. 

Ticket Details:

-Your ticket entitles you to 4 nights of accommodation, 3 meals a day + coffee + smoothies, pool access, 3 days of facilitation with group leaders.
-Extra nights can be booked to arrive early or stay late at Yandara. 4 nights ahead, and/or 4 nights after the retreat. Those tickets include food. Some guys like to arrive early or stay late, rent a car, and explore the area, enjoy the beaches, hikes, and do some surfing. 

Special circumstance notes:
- If you need to cancel: we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payments to help fund the retreat. This is a small event, and having one or multiple men pull out can financially disrupt the survival of the event.

-If less than 10 men register for this event, we will cancel or modify the event as needed, and send refunds. Don't book flights until you receive a thumbs up from Ben that the event is going ahead.
