What happens when two authentic voices get together and decide to create a night of words, stories, rhythm, laughter and good vibes? WosAppnin! You tell us.

Curly Wordy and Kareem Parkins-Brown — two artists who bring their own distinct worlds, perspectives and personalities to the Margate mic. Completely themselves, utterly original and impossible to ignore, they’re creating a space where poets, performers and audiences can come together, have a laugh, get involved and hear some seriously good words.

Expect one headline poet, six open-mic voices and an interactive interval challenge — because this isn’t just a night for sitting quietly in the dark. It’s about participation, connection and giving people the chance to have their say.

Whether you’re a seasoned poet, a first-timer with something brewing, or simply someone who loves hearing brilliant people tell it like it is, WosAppnin is your kind of night.
