Our resident DJ will be spinning the finest tracks, from smooth Motown classics to deep funk cuts and irresistible rare grooves, creating the perfect soundtrack for an atmosphere full of sparkle, style, and sophistication.

As the night unfolds, expect more than just dinner – it’s a celebration. Once the plates are cleared, the lights dim and the music takes centre stage. Guests will be drawn to the dancefloor as the beats flow, the bassline grooves, and the soulful vocals bring back the magic of nights spent dancing until late. Starters

• Cod cake with warm tar tar sauce and cucumber
• Beetroot salad with a light horseradish cream & walnut pesto
• Shell on king prawns, chilli, garlic tomato sauce with baguette

Mains

• Roasted brill on the bone with wild mushrooms, salsify, cavolo nero & smoked mussel velouté
• Mushroom tart with creamed mushroom sauce & bitter leaf salad
• Seared Salmon with soft leeks, savoy cabbage, crushed potatoes and a cream sauce

Desserts

• Apple tatin with vanilla ice cream
• Sea buckthorn posset with fennel shortbread
• Sticky toffee pudding with custard
