Are you visiting Bristol for BABE (Bristol Artist's Book Event) this year? Start your weekend with a free, fun, and inspiring workshop with artist and poet Jeremy Dixon!
Book artist and poet Jeremy Dixon will lead a practical collage and artists' book-making workshop at Bower Ashton Library, where you'll produce your own collages and artists' books using a variety of different techniques (no experience necessary!).
All materials will be provided, but if you're feeling inspired by your own personal or institutional collections, favourite artists, or a particular story this National Year of Reading, please do bring along any images or ephemera you'd like to use in the workshop.
We also invite you to find inspiration in the Special Collections at Bower Ashton Library, with an exciting array of artists' books and zines to explore.
Lunch will be provided on the day.
