Join the Army Foreign Area Officer Association as it celebrates its 2nd Annual Meeting at the New Heights restaurant on October 12th, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This event will celebrate the association's accomplishments, honor new inductees into the Military Order of Lafayette, including our Hall of Fame awardees, and provide a venue for socializing with Army FAOs. The event is open to the public, and we welcome anyone who desires to celebrate Army FAOs. We only have 85 seats available, so please purchase your tickets by September 5th to avoid being placed on the waitlist.

Ticket Price $115 each

Dress: Business Casual (Coat no tie)/ Cocktail Dress

Food and Beverages:

A cash bar will be available.

The menu for the event will be:

1st COURSE - Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Corn Relish, Remoulade

2nd COURSE - Organic Local Greens, Heirloom Tomatoes, Aged Balsamic Vinegar

3rd COURSE (select one)

- All-Natural Bell and Evans Chicken, Wild Mushroom Marsala Sauce

- Seared Heartland Filet Mignon, Wild Mushroom Cabernet Demi-Glace

- Vegatarian - Paneer Coconut Curry, Jasmine Rice in lieu of Chef's starch

FINAL COURSE - Flourless Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Coulis

Do you have an item from your FAO tours you would like to donate to the Defense Language Institute Weckerling Center? Bring the item to the event and we will ship it to DLI for you.  Specific items might be photos, gifts from a foreign partner, cultural items, etc.
