Grip Hoist Work Day | Walnut Creek 8:30AM

Join ARR President and Trail Steward Charlie Riou for a unique work day at Walnut Creek using a tool called "GripHoist". You'll learn how to safely use this system in combination with a rock bar to move large boulders through the creek or on land. 

• We are meeting here at the pool lot before moving down to the main creek crossing.
• Please bring plenty of water for yourself.
• Wear closed toe shoes that you do not mind getting wet, suitable for walking around in a rocky creek bed. 

Regarding Weather: the sort of weather that could cancel a group ride can often be beneficial for our work day needs. Unless we send a cancellation email please consider this event rain or shine!
