1.⁠ ⁠What is your refund policy? 💸

Tickets are eligible for a 75% refund until 6 August 2026. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after 6 August 2026.

2.⁠ ⁠What do I need to show at the entrance? 🎟️

Please have your digital ticket ready for inspection at the entrance. You may present it on your phone or another digital device. Verification using ID might be possible in the venue, so don't forget to bring your ID / Passport.

3.⁠ ⁠Can I do multiple entries to the venue? ➡️

Your digital ticket is only eligible once. After it is scanned at the entry, you will receive a wristband for verification in the venue. 

4⁠. ⁠Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? 🔄

Yes. Tickets are transferable. However, the new ticket holder must have the digital ticket to enter the event.

5. ⁠Are children allowed to attend? 👦

Yes! Children are welcome in Artchipelago.

• Children under 6 will not be charged entry fee. Attendees aged 6 and above require a full-price ticked.
• Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the child is accompanied by another responsible adult, an authorization form (Erziehungsbeauftragung) is required. Please contact us in advance to request the form.

6.⁠ ⁠Do you provide hearing protection for children? 🎧

Yes, we provide hearing protection for children. However, due to limited availability, we recommend you to contact us in advance.

7.⁠ ⁠What should I do if I lose my digital ticket? 📩

No worries! Please contact us and send us your full name and one of the following:

• Proof of payment
• Booking confirmation
• Any confirmation receipt from our ticketing system

We'll verify your purchase and help you retrieve your ticket as soon as possible! 😊
