Pierce Pettis in Concert

One of our all-time favorite singer-songwriters, Pierce Pettis, is coming our way this summer, and we hope you will join us for an intimate concert at Art House North.

After a lifetime of crafting finely-wrought, heart-touching songs, Pierce Pettis feels that he’s finally found his comfort zone. “The biggest change,” he says of this point in his career “has been getting over myself and realizing this is a job and a craft. And the purpose is … simply doing good work.”

The precision of his work can only be admired. As he says in his song "My Life Of Crime," which draws parallels between a traveling troubadour and an outlaw - there is honor among thieves. Pierce has that honor, and very well might be your favorite songwriter’s favorite songwriter. But his songs are not just cerebral and smart, they are full of heart and that kind of naming that helps people.
