Acting for Life TRIAL | Rotterdam

We’re excited to invite you to Acting for Life—a theatre-inspired training to boost presence, voice, imagination, and confidence.

WHO IT´S FOR:
Anyone eager to grow through experiential learning—professionals, educators and students, artists and performers, and individuals seeking confidence and clear communication. No theatre experience required; just openness to explore.

ACTING FOR LIFE
builds self-assurance, creative presence, and authentic communication by integrating body, voice, and imagination.
Created by theatre and opera director-educator Juliana Berezhnaya, the training blends artistic practice with practical personal development to sharpen awareness, expression, and connection.

You’ll train: warm-up & movement, voice work, focus/presence tasks, and a themed exercise (improvisation, character, space & rhythm, basic emotions, partner work).
You’ll leave with: clearer speech, calmer body, confident presence—tools you can use the very next day.

This session is an open trial class before the full 10-session Acting for Life course — your chance to feel the method, energy, and group dynamic.
