WELCOME TO FREEDOM

When was the last time you allowed yourself to play — without trying to be good, correct, impressive or in control?

FREEDOM — Unleash Your Inner Child is a 3-hour acting workshop built around play, spontaneity, imagination and creative freedom.

Through professional acting and theatre practices, we will gradually move from body and impulse → to improvisation and partnership → to creating and directing scenes.

No need to prepare. Come ready to move, play, imagine and explore.

3 HOURS. 3 STAGES.

I. AWAKEN

From control → to impulse

We begin with acting training focused on awakening the body, attention and imagination.

Through movement, physical and imaginative exercises, we work towards becoming more spontaneous, responsive and free — reconnecting with the curiosity and playfulness we naturally had as children.

Body → attention → impulse → imagination → play

II. PLAY

From impulse → to interaction

Now we bring that freedom into contact with others.

Through improvisation, partnership work and étude creation, we explore what happens when we stop planning the result and begin to truly listen, react and play.

You will work individually, in pairs and as part of the group — creating situations, relationships and small theatrical worlds from almost nothing.

III. CREATE

From play → to scene

In the final part, we turn spontaneous material into theatre.

Using elements of psychodrama and acting/directing practice, we will create scenes, explore relationships and characters, and work with mise-en-scène — discovering how space, movement and composition can transform an improvisation into a theatrical scene.

Participants will have a chance to move between different perspectives: actor, character, observer and director.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The workshop is open to both beginners and people with acting experience.

You don't need to be an actor. What you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore.
