This evening features two distinct explorations in free improvisation and collaborative soundmaking.

The first set brings together Luisa Muhr (voice), Abe Mamet (French horn), and Rahul Carlberg (piano) in a new trio formation. Drawing from Muhr’s background in Deep Listening and extended vocal technique, the ensemble engages with space, resonance, and group intuition in real time.

The second set features Selendis S. A. Johnson, whose solo work combines trombone, vibraphone, and electronics into open-form soundscapes rooted in attentive repetition and tonal modulation.
