6.0 Pharmacology Continuing Education Contact Hours

The Pharmacology activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the sponsorship of Northeast Ohio Medical University and NEOvations Pharmacy Services. Northeast Ohio Medical University is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing education for physicians.

Credits for this activity is accepted by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certified Program (AANPCP) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Northeast Ohio Medical University designates the Pharmacology live activity for a maximum 6.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

• Q: Is registration limited for the Virtual Live event? Yes. Spots for the Virtual Live event are limited, so we encourage early registration. Registration for the recorded session, however, is unlimited.
• Q: When will the recorded sessions be available? All recorded sessions will be available to registrants starting September 28, 2026.
• Q: Who is eligible to receive CEU credits and a certificate? All APP registrants — whether registered for the live virtual event or the recorded webinar — are eligible to receive CEU credits and a certificate, as long as they: 1) Register for the program, and 2) Either attend the live virtual session or watch the recorded sessions.
• Q: What platform will be used to host the Live Virtual event? This year, we will be using the Zoom meeting to host the live virtual event. 
• Q: I registered for the Live Virtual webinar. When will I receive the Zoom link? The Zoom link will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of registration. Please check your spam/junk folder. You will also receive a reminder email through Zoom 1-day and 1-hour before the Live event begins.
• Q: What platform will be used to host the seminar materials? This year, and going forward, we will be using the EEDs platform to host the seminar content and recorded sessions, and to verify attendance.
• Q: How do I claim my CEU credit and certificate? Participants will claim their CEU credit and certificate through the EEDs platform. Instructions will be provided to participants at the end of the program and will also be available on a shared drive.
• Q: How long will the recorded sessions remain available? Recorded sessions (enduring materials) will be available on the EEDs platform for up to 1 year. Participants who registered for the recorded session can claim their credits at any point during this window.
• Q: Will the recorded videos still be available on the shared drive? Yes. As in previous years, we will continue to host the recorded videos on the shared drive in addition to the EEDs platform
• Q: Is viewing the recordings through the shared drive sufficient to receive continuing education credit? Viewing the recordings through the shared drive alone may not complete the credit-claiming process. Participants must also follow the attendance-verification and credit-claiming instructions provided through EEDs to receive continuing education credit and a certificate.
